Join Toby as she prepares this sweet and rich dessert-like quesadilla on a high fiber tortilla that keep the carbohydrate total at 25 grams. And, you can swap the pear for apples or peaches- swap the brie for goat cheese- swap the walnuts for pecans- and even add other spices (nutmeg?) to customize this recipe any way you wish.
