Teriyaki Salmon Kabobs

Join Toby and some wild Pacific sockeye salmon in preparing this summer grilling treat courtesy of fellow Registered Dietitians Meri Raffetto and Roseanne Rust. Teriyaki salmon kabobs is another recipe from their book Glycemic Index Cookbook for Dummies, published in 2011 by Wiley Publishing. Healthy fish, a bright veggie and fruit-to-boot will keep this dish on our weekly menu as long as we can make our way to the grill.
