Quick and Easy Diabetes Friendly Creamy Coleslaw

This recipe is a favorite low carb veggie side dish that is delicious all year long, not just for barbeques.

 

Ingredients:

1 package classic coleslaw

1 Tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon celery salt

2 packets low calorie sweetener

½ cup low fat mayonnaise

 

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix vinegar, celery salt and low-calorie sweetener. Add mayonnaise and stir until mixed. Pour a full bag of coleslaw into a bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture to coleslaw and mix. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
