A big ha, ha, ha for the visual staff and their special effects. I confess- I do not look exactly like this image…..you probably don’t either. But, that doesn’t mean that resistance exercise, which could include weight lifting, doesn’t offer huge health benefits as we manage diabetes with exercise. So members….here’s your challenge for the month- do resistance exercise at least once per week. Now when you think about it that isn’t much, and if you’re already doing more then good for you.
